Chechen
(Click on an Item Photo for the net sizes)
DESCRIPTION: Remarkably pretty wood with lots of variation & character. Texture is fine & uniform; grain often interlocked. The wood works with some difficulty due to its hardness and density, and sharp tools must be used. Easy to finish and takes an excellent polish. Dark reddish brown to golden brown or tan with lots of variation and alternating color.
